Tooth Extracting Forceps

Of all the instruments a dentist uses, the tooth extracting forceps are subjected to highest degree of operative stresses. In normal use, the stress tends to be concentrated at the base of the beaks which is then transferred along the joint and handles of the forceps. From a dentist's point of view, a tooth extracting forceps must be able to withstand high stresses while functioning. To achieve this goal, selection of appropriate stainless steel is the first step. We take utmost care in selecting the surgical grade stainless steel.

In order to augment the mechanical strength and longevity of the tooth extracting forceps, NURIKON offers :

"DIAMOND"  range of tooth extracting forceps.

By applying a special process, which impregnates tungsten carbide and titanium on the jaws of the tooth extracting forceps, the following characteristics are added to:

  • extra hardness
  • extra mechanical strength
  • extra longevity
  • better grip
  • permanent serrations

The handles are gold- plated for easy identification.
