Universal Curettes

The Curettes are used SUBGINGIVALLY and all have a rounded toe, rounded toe and thin blades to reach deep and difficult areas and pockets. They are not used for heavy work, the sharpness of the blade reduces the force to be applied to the tooth. Ideally, the blades should be sharpened frequently and angles must be maintained as per specification.

Curettes are used for sub-gingival curettage such as removal of calculus, tissue debris and infected tissue from gingival areas.
